To make this event a success we are going to need your help! There are many ways to participate so take a spin on the table below to see what you might fancy. All roles will be at the Northwest Maritime Center in Port Townsend, WA on April13, 2019. | Live Auction Runners | 7:00 PM | 9:00 PM | 1 | A great role if you like to be on your feet. You'll be on the ready to take sheets from the recorders in the live auction to the check out table. |

| Recorder | 7:00 PM | 9:00 PM | 2 | Have front and center seats during the live auction while recording how much items are bid for and the bidder # who won. |
| Silent Auction Set-Up | 11:00 AM | 4:00 PM | 3 | Display silent auction items and bid sheets in order and decorate tables. |
| Silent Auction Monitor & Packaging | 5:00 PM | 9:30 PM | 2 | Help monitor silent auction, package up auction items and moving items to retrieval area. Organize item retrieval area by bidding #. Retrieve auction items for winning bidder during check-out. |
| Table Setters | 11:00 AM | 3:00 PM | 3 | Help set-up tables with tablecloths, dishes, decorations, and napkins. |
| Wait Staff | 4:30 PM | 9:30 PM | 8 | One of the most important roles! Interact with guests serving appetizers and dinner. |
| Dishwasher | 7:45 PM | 10:00 PM | 2 | When the going gets tough you'll be the savior of the night by getting down and dirty helping the kitchen get cleaned up. |
