On August 14, 2020, the school updated its Sexual Harassment Policies & Grievance Procedures. These procedures reflect and maintain the school’s institutional values to provide for fair and equitable procedures for determining when this Policy has been violated, and to provide recourse for individuals and the community in response to violations of this Policy.

Title IX Coordinator

The Title IX Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and overseeing the school’s compliance with Title IX and the prevention of sexual harassment and discrimination. The coordinator is available to advise any individual about school and community resources and reporting options, and is also responsible for overseeing training, prevention, and education efforts.

If a formal Title IX complaint is received by the school, the Title IX Coordinator will ensure that trained individuals conduct the investigation and hearing process. The school has retained TNG Consulting to serve in those roles that will be outsourced. TNG serves over 400 college, university, and school clients each year, making them one of the largest education-specific consulting practices in the country. TNG Consulting is affiliated with the Association of Title IX Coordinators (ATIXA) and their staff have completed (and often teach) the training sessions offered by ATIXA.
